Refunds & Returns
- Parts are returnable within 30 days after receipt. Parts must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.
- No opened Electronic components or Circuit Boards are returnable.
- Please call or email All About Music Parts for a return authorization. All About Music Parts is not responsible and may not reimburse for any packages lost, damaged, or stolen. Please be sure your packages are properly insured.
- International Customers shall be responsible for any brokerage GST disbursement fees, entry prep fees, customs GST fees, etc, and any duty amounts prior to delivery. When returning an item, please enclose a copy of the sales receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return. All shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by All About Music Parts.

- For orders outside the US and & Canada, please choose Priority Mail International.
- These packages can be tracked and include insurance up to $100.00. If your order is more than $100.00, additional insurance can be purchased for orders. If you choose not to do this and your package is lost or damaged, we will not be able to file a claim for reimbursement. Customer will be responsible.
- IMPORTANT: There is NO Tracking with First Class Mail

- All of our products are shipped via USPS First Class Package within 24 hours and will arrive in 2-3 days for most US locations.
